Torch Brewery, which was established in 2014 inside the renovated Historical Bomonti Brewery, served its first batch of handcrafted beer to beer enthusiasts in November 2014 at The Populist in Yap Kredi bomontiada.

Catering to a growing and passionate craft beer fan clientele, Torch Brewery has been creating a very diverse portfolio of true-to-style beers; brewing between 30 varieties every year thanks to the 'small batch' approach to production. With Torch Brewery’s recently acquired bottling capabilities, we are now delighted to present 4 of our signature beers to international beer fans which have started gaining recognition from international awards. The Meininger's World Craft Beer Award, one of the world's most renowned contests, awarded the Torch Brewery, Turkey's first craft brewery, a gold medal in 2021. Following this competition, Torch Brewery received awards in three different categories from Brussels Beer Competition, an event where the most well-known craft flavors in the world square off for glory.
